Weight loss has always been a very interesting subject, especially in the past few decades when obesity has become a huge problem and a real threat to public’s health. But health is not the only reason why a lot of people are obsessed about losing weight. As we all know that being overweight definitely ruins one’s appearance, that’s why a lot of people are also trying to lose weight so they can be more attractive.

That is also why today there are so many weight loss solutions offered from exercise regimes, diet programs, to dietary supplements. Among these types of weight loss solutions, dietary supplements seem to be favored by most people. Taking a dietary supplement is considered to be the most practical way to lose weight, especially for those who don’t have a lot of spare time to workout and cannot follow a strict diet.

However, not all dietary supplements can actually help people lose weight. Most of these supplements are nothing but useless pills without any weight loss benefits, and often they also come with dangerous side effects. A good dietary supplement is literally one in a million, that’s why when there is a supplement that really works, people will talk about it a lot.

One of the biggest hypes in weight loss supplement industry nowadays is the CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid that is said to be the most effective fatty acid to fight obesity. According to many studies, there have been a lot of experiments that proven the effectiveness of CLA in reducing the weight of their test subjects. These experiments were done with both animal and human subjects, so we know for sure that it’s effective and safe.

One dietary supplement product that contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid is the CLA Safflower Oil. This supplement has become very popular lately as more and more people are using and gaining positive outcomes. However, it also creates a slight confusion. Due to its name a lot of people think that CLA and Safflower Oil are the same thing. So is this true?
