How to lose weight at home

If you are doing what you need to do, or atleast you think you're doing what needs to be done in ordeer to lose the extra fat in your body and you are not making any progress, you are not losing even 1 or two pounds per week then I can tell you for a fact that you are doing something wrong. Weight loss is not complicated but it can be tricky because you might be doing something wrong and you might not know it.

For example, one of the most confusing things in weight loss, atleast in my opinion, it was confusing to me when I started for the very first time to learn about weight loss, fat loss and to lose fat and also my experience with other individuals trying to lose fat is the caloric deficit, setting a caloric deficit and I want to talk about that because it is the most important thing, without a doubt, in fat loss, the most important thing, remember that! You will not be able to lose weight if you are not in a caloric deficit and that might be what you are doing wrong, your body is not under a caloric deficit.

Now, what is that, a caloric deficit? It is when your body burns more fat that your fat in-take, than the amount of fat and calories you get from your foods.
If you are burning more than you are getting then eventually your fat storage will decrease, right? That means you lose fat, that is exactly what you want and that is called a caloric deficit, you need to have that and you need to maintain that state each and every day for as long as you intend to lose fat in your body and get fit and "ripped".

In order to achieve a caloric deficit you have to throw out foods that have lots of fat and calories, added sugar and all that, it would also do you well if you would have larger windows between your meals in order to allow your body to tap into that adipose tissue and get energy from there, use that stored fat as an energy source instead of your food or your lean muscle because you don't want that, most men and sometimes women don't want to lose muscle, everybody wants to be "ripped" and one more thing since you don't want to lose muscle, never forget to consume protein each day and to workout, lift weights or just use your body's weight, that will prevent muscle loss as you lose fat.
